Terms & Conditions

RETURNS: We accept returns for exchanges only, we do not offer refunds. Without exception, as the UK laws states, this process must be started within 7 calendar days of receiving your item. Plenty of time to try on your new garment. This is applicable for exchanging sizes. This does not include faulty items, which the return process must be started within 7 calendar days of receiving the garment.

CONDITIONS: Item must we unworn, unused and unwashed with the original label in its original condition, without alterations of any kind, regardless of the reason for return. Failing to return items in this manner and time will mean that we are not obliged to complete any exchange. We strongly suggest that you check the measurements on the listing to ensure that you are purchasing the correct size.

RETURNS POSTAGE AND CUSTOMS FEES: Buyer is responsible for all return P&P, we strongly advise that you send the item with tracking information. We cannot be held responsible for any lost items. Please enclose a note within the parcel including your name and the details of the exchange.

International returns are not recommended due to heavy customs fees to be paid. The buyer is responsible for all custom charges generated at the point of entry into the UK. HRMC will generate an invoice and we will forward it to you. In the event that this invoice is not paid the parcel will be held in customs for a period of time and eventually returned to sender exposing the parcel to new customs fees to be paid in your country which you will be also liable to pay. In either case we are not responsible if the parcel doesn't reach the final destination. We will not be able to process any return, exchange or refund until you clear any customs fees.

SENDING THE EXCHANGE: Once the item arrives with us, we will begin the process of exchanging the garment. This may take between 5-7 business days. Buyer is also responsible for the postage/shipping of sending the replacement item. We will send you a PayPal invoice to the provided email address for the postage. If however the exchange is due to an error or fault of ours then we will take responsibility for sending the new item to you.

IMPORTANT NOTES: According to law and Trading Standards, Personalised Items are Non-Returnable without exception. Personalised items, include any customised designs, personal details, change of position, size or colour of printing, anything other than what is stated as standard in our listing. The only time this doesn't apply is if we make a spelling error on the printing or the item is faulty. This also includes all items purchased from third party companies as they are made to order and considered personalised.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Whilst we aim for orders to be delivered between 13-20 working days, please be advised that international postage could take longer than expected. Delivery times may vary significantly for many factors such us, Country of destination, International carriage, Customs Control, etc. Please be advised that we are not responsible in any way for any other extra cost that may occur in transit, such as customs fees. Especially during the current Worldwide pandemic, delays should be expected.

DURING TRANSIT: PlugMyNet Group cannot be held responsible for 1) Any errors occurring during or after transportation by Royal Mail or any courier we use. 2) The opening and re-packaging of the parcel during transit, as well as customs inspection or fees that may occur in your country 3) The stealing of its content (partially or in its totality) during transit.

COVID-19: All delays or problems related to Covid-19 or any other worldwide pandemic or similar are completely out of our hands and we cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping, increase shipping costs due to the lack of commercial flights or any other unforeseen issues or natural disasters.

BREXIT: UK is no longer part of the EU, that means that it is up to you to decide if you purchase items from our company based in the UK. You cannot hold us responsible for any trouble that this governmental decision may cause. The process of handling parcels IN or OUT of the UK has drastically changed and added further costs, delays and massive inconveniences are to be expected. If any extra financial charge should arise on our end due to the exportation of your goods, it will be passed on to you as it is part of the buyer's responsibility to know and understand the new UK/EU trading rules.

RETURNING GOODS TO THE UK: As part of Brexit, every parcel that comes into the UK is now considered an Importation. That means that you are legally responsible to comply with all the UK rules and regulations prior to entering goods into the UK. We strongly advice NOT to send goods back to the UK as this will incur customs fees that you are obliged to pay in order for us to continue processing your order for whatever reason needed (Example: Changing sizes of a garment, or simply returning for a refund). All extra costs that this process might generate to our company, will be pass back to you and it needs to be paid immediately or we will not be able to continue processing your order whatever the reason for you returning the goods.

Clearance items are sold as seen and not returnable

All prices displayed are paid in GBP (Great British Pounds) your bank, PayPal, Credit Card will automatically convert to your local currency.
